As part of our team, you’ll take responsibility for the Advanced Air Mobility Traffic Management application project, being responsible for managing and delivering the development of this application. Specifically, you’ll:

•        Understand Air Traffic Management environment to engage customers and understand their goals and translate customer requirements into clear documentation to internal teams.

•        Collaboration with Industry Partners: Building relationships with government agencies, city planners, airlines, UAM operators, and aviation technology firms.

•        Represent the company in international meetings, conferences, summits and partners events, being a professional bridge between the company and international collabo

•        Develop project scope, schedules, monitor budgets, resources plan, monitor project performance using KPI and prepare reports and present to senior leadership and stakeholders.

•        Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

•       Experience in Regulatory & Navigation Policy: Ability to interpret and adapt to evolving regulations from FAA, EASA, ICAO, ANAC, DECEA and NASA for commercial deployment.

•       Knowledge in Air Traffic Management (ATM) & Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM), Expertise in ATM systems and UTM frameworks for low-altitude airspace.

•       Experience in managing project scope, schedules, monitor budgets, resources plan, monitor project performance using KPI and prepare reports and presents to senior

•       Knowledge in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

•       Fluency in English—our team is truly bilingual.

•       A collaborative spirit with a positive attitude and a knack for informal leadership.

•       Self-starter that can work with limited supervision and guidance.

•       The ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Extra Skills That Set You Apart:

•       Familiarity with Advanced Air Mobility Air Traffic Management (AAM ATM) & Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM), Expertise in ATM systems and UTM frameworks for low-altitude airspace.

•       Familiarity with AAM (Advanced Air Mobility) market, knowledge of the competitive landscape, key players (eVTOL manufacturers, PSU, regulatory bodies).

•       Understanding UAM Concepts: Familiarity with eVTOL operations, UAM ecosystem.

•       Fluency in additional languages.

 Additional Information:

This is a hybrid position for São José dos Campos, SP.
